Your inquiry is the beginning of a private conversation. We collect only the information needed to respond.
What we collect
Your name, telephone number or email address, preferred language, and any optional information you choose to share. We also record the time of your request and your consent to contact.
How we use it
YMZ uses this information to respond to your inquiry, understand your language-service needs and prepare a quote when requested. Your inquiry is not used for marketing lists.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in our hosting provider’s database and are accessible through the protected YMZ administration dashboard. Hosting infrastructure may process information outside Canada. We keep inquiries only as long as needed for follow-up and applicable business requirements; an administrator can delete them.
Your choices
When we contact you, you may ask to access, correct or delete your inquiry, or withdraw permission for further contact. You may also submit an inquiry for a privacy-related question.
Cookies and security
Public visitors do not need an account. Essential session cookies are used for administrator authentication. We do not add advertising or analytics trackers. Technical safeguards help protect access to your information.

Keep your introduction brief and avoid sending documents or detailed sensitive information. An inquiry does not confirm an engagement. Your lawyer remains responsible for legal advice.
